On 21st April, Ben Kelly and Peter Moore from Allstar Plastics together with Joe from Plastral attended Equinox in Brisbane. Ben and Peter setup a booth to display a showcase of Allstar Plastics materials and the fabrication techniques that are of interest to architects, commercial builders and interior designers.
Equinox started as a simple way for Architects, designers and specifiers to see new products and innovations and meet with suppliers and manufacturers in a relaxed evening over drinks and nibbles. Originally conceived as a twice yearly event in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne (hence the name), Equinox has grown to be held in all capitals and some key regional areas. Architects and designers are hungry for new building products and support Equinox as a way to come face-to-face with new innovations and also representatives of the brands.
Equinox is held in selected architecturally significant or unique venues which lend themselves to the boutique style that Equinox has come to represent.
