    Shipping and Returns

    Our shipping costs quoted for delivery only covers the main Cities and surrounds. If your order is for regional or country Australia we will provide you with an additional shipping quote. 

    All orders within Australia will be shipped via Direct Freight or Australia Post to most Metropolitan areas. We may use other courier services if needed.

    Orders are processed fast, most within 48 – 72 hours providing items are in stock. 

    Item lead times are noted on product pages.

    Deliveries are sent during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.

    Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day

    No shipping of products will be undertaken without payment. Visa and Master card & direct transfers are welcome. Cheque payments are acceptable but will delay shipping as it might take up to 7 days to clear.

    It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the product they have chosen is entirely suitable for the purpose for which it is ultimately intended.

    All goods MUST be examined ON RECEIPT and if damaged, the carrier’s note endorsed accordingly. ALLSTAR PLASTICS MUST BE INFORMED OF DAMAGE IMMEDIATELY- If not informed within 24 hours of signing the delivery docket there will be NO claim for damages. Failure to comply will cause the carrier to refute the claim and the entire cost must be borne by the customer.

    ALLSTAR PLASTICS do not accept the return of goods or cancellation of orders without giving prior consent. Under no circumstances will custom made products be returnable.

    Goods supplied shall be the customer’s risk immediately on delivery. Title to the goods shall pass to the customer only when payment has been made in full. In case of non-payment ALLSTAR PLASTICS shall be entitled to repossess the goods and the costs will be for the customer’s account.

     

    In the case of returning an incorrect order (excluding custom made products) the customer will be liable for the shipping fees.

     

    Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
